Overview
Experience one of Costa Rica's best white water rafting trips, perfectly suited for beginners, families, and adventure seekers! The Balsa River delivers 10 kilometers (over 2 hours on the water) of exciting rapids.
The upper stretch kicks off with rolling class III rapids that get your adrenaline pumping, while the lower section opens up with gentle class II waves where you can admire monkeys, toucans, and river wildlife. Halfway through, take a break at a scenic riverbank spot to savor tropical fruits and beverages, followed by a warm, homemade traditional Costa Rican lunch (casado) upon finishing.
